Every sofa, bed, washing machine, and set of cutlery makes a real difference. Items that you no longer need could be exactly what a family needs to start fresh.

We welcome donations of good quality, clean items in working condition

Items We Cannot Accept
For safety and practical reasons, we cannot accept certain items
Safety Concerns
- Upholstered furniture without fire labels
- Gas cookers and appliances
- Damaged or broken electrical items
- Items with exposed wires or damage
- Baby car seats and booster seats
- Cots without safety certificates
- Items that have been recalled
Practical Limitations
- Stained or heavily worn items
- Incomplete furniture (missing parts)
- Dirty or unclean items
- Very large or heavy items we cannot move
- Built-in furniture
- Items with strong odours
- Hazardous materials

How to Donate
Donating is easy – choose the option that works best for you
Collection Service
For larger items like furniture and white goods, we can arrange a free collection from your home.
Call or email with details of what you'd like to donate
We'll check the items are suitable (photos help!)
We'll arrange a convenient time to collect
Drop Off
For smaller items, you're welcome to drop them off at our premises during opening hours.
